It’s Ayato’s first day after transferring to Seidoukan Academy. While trying to return a handkerchief dropped from a window, Ayato accidentally catches sight of Julis undressing. Challenged by Julis to a duel, Ayato accepts. Though at first he struggles against Julis, a.k.a. the Witch of the Resplendent Flames (Gluhen Rose), he finally unleashes a counterattack. Just then, someone fires an arrow heading straight for Julis!
